Worst Place I've Ever Lived From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   This is the worst place I've ever lived. The residents are loud, they all smoke, and the owners refuse to stop them. My things all smelled terribly from the smoke. The owner will not return your security deposit in its entirety. The lease states you must clean your carpets professionally when you leave but THIS IS ILLEGAL. They may not, according to law, make you clean or pay for the cleaning of your carpets. Bessie, the landlady, tries to skim money off of everyone, even the best tenants. Make sure everything she tells you is IN WRITING and force her to give you her home address (if you make the unfortunate decision to live in these apartments).
