Stay Away! Owner will take Your Security Deposit

I am going to court on the owners of the property for failure to return my security deposit within 21 days. I left the apartment in good shape and always paid my rent. When I moved, the failed to return my security deposit or tell me why they were keeping it. They never return you calls. The resident manager is of little help in resolving this matter. Awaiting for my court date, I will also contact the state and ask for their assistance. Don't put yourself through this flustration - STAY AWAY

I have dealt with the owners of this property and have found them to be completely untrustworthy, totally dishonest, and unresponsive to phone calls, faxes, emails and other means of communication to resolve disputes. My recommendation is to avoid anything to do with them at all costs.
