Maybe price is a little low here. But remember: what you got is what you paid. If you can bear these hassles, such as poor maintainance, running mice, ugly service, then you can move here. Otherwise, find some place else for peace of mind. I moved here two years ago. Even since then, the shower has never worked right. Either very hot water or cold water. You could not get the water with right temperature. Called the maintainance many times. They simply can not fix it. You can not believe it!
BTW, thers are so many mice in the apartment. They run on the floors even in the daytime.

up till this day that terrible i live in new york they dont play that ---- it would be a big fight new yorkers ah ---- will jump off.
