Yes, I'm probably not the typical renter at the 'Gardens,' but generally satified overall. I've probably been at the complex way to long since I can afford to buy, but, my wife going back to school has hampered my plans, coupled with the fact that I use to travel expensively for work. I'm cordial with a couple of my neighbors, at least, the older ones, since they're very nosey and will look out for you and your property. This is my last year at the Gardens since my wife is graduating this year; not sure if we will stay local or not. Anyway, parking is okay, although it's hard to find a space considering there are sometimes five people living in a one bedroom apartment, but, all five can afford to each have a car, right' (Ghetto mentality) Maintenance is okay, however, for the first three years straight, I had leaks in my roof because I live on the end unit, which have flat roofs, once that was resolved after the third year, I've been fine ever since. The office staff is really nice, but, sometimes you have to follow-up with issues a little more than usual. Your best negotiating power is renewal, they do what ever it takes to get you to renew your lease, so if you have any greivances, just bring them up during the annual meeting. To end my review, take my advice and keep things in perspective, apartment living is a short-term goal, not a lifestyle, you're paying below average rent to live in a suburban community with an incredible school district, so take the difference and begin to save for a home or look at other aspects of your life to reduce expenses so you can move into your dream home. No one gets rich through renting, only through homeownership (David Bach, Automatic Millionaire Homeowners).

PLEASE DO NOT RENT AT LYNNEWOOD GARDENS, YOU ARE GOING TO BE FRUSTRATED WITH ADMINISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE. I HAVE A HUGE MICE INFESTATION. I HAVE CALLED SANITATION TWICE, AND THE ONLY THING THAT LYNNEWOOD GARDENS DOES IS TO PUT POISON AND STICKY PAD, I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE DEAD MICE AND THE ODOR OF THE DECOMPOUSING ANIMAL. IT'S DISGUSTING, AND NOT ONLY THAT THEY DO NOT TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY WHEN YOU CALL TO COMPLAIN. I HATE THIS PLACE
