It has it's ups and downs From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have been living here since November and I have been ready to move since December. When it comes time I will not be renewing my lease unless some things get better. When I first moved in I was told the apartment would be cleaned up and the same dead bugs that was here when I viewed the apartment was the same dead bugs that was here when I moved in. I live on the first floor and I do not feel safe at all. When it snowed there would be footprints in the snow outside of my window. When I leave for work there would be people suppose to be working lurking around watching your every move and I just don't feel safe around here. The parking lots and the garbage areas are not lit well at all. There could be some sitting there in the cut and you wouldn't know it because it's just that dark. I shouldn't have to be scared to park in the parking lot that I pay to park in if I come home late at night or to take the trash out once it gets dark. A few goods points is that Cheltenham cops does circle around the complex from time to time and if you ever have to call the cops they do arrive within a few minutes. The maintenance people are nice and do a good job with completing their job fast.
