First of all, my heaters did not work for some part of the winter and continued not to work in some rooms even after being fixed.
The other thing I did not like was that the carpeting shed all the time because it was of poor quality.
Also there are alot of college students who live there and it is noisy. There was always maintenence going on and that was also noisy.
The neighborhood is safer in the complex the closer you are to the college, however, the college is planning to move in the next five years.
Some good things about the place were that they did come and fix things on time and let you know when they would be there. I also found the staff very helpful in the process of gettting an apartment. Also, in the winter, the sidewalks are always cleared. The grounds are kept up, however the neighborhood is not safe so you cannot enjoy them.

What makes you say the neighborhood is bad? Why can't you enjoy the grounds? Did anything specific happen, or is that an empty statement? I live there and the neighborhood is fine if you have common sense. In any neighborhood, there are positives and negatives-you can enjoy the grounds as much as you like. You just have to use good judgement.
