This place Getting worse and worse From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   The place used to be excellent before it got into the management by Lamar Company. Lamar company has been concerned only with raising rents without maintaining the quality of service. Though the environment is very pretty, now 1. Rats run around on first floors. 2. Carpets remain soiled and worn. They don't change or wash clean the carpets. 3. Last year apartments were frequently broken into, burglarized, no one did anything. Even when taking a walk around the apartments, one could be mugged. The management office staff were very good before, but now, very stiff, and rough...
