Happy with Beavercreek Meadows From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I have been here for 3 years and have not had any problems with my apartment or with the management. Yes one of the managers was taking classes and wasn't around alot But not much other issues. We are a quiet community, I am not over 50, but I can appreciate after working all day coming home to peace and quiet. Yes, there are a couple of bars in the neighborhood, but only has music playing during the spring & summer months, and once your in your apartment you really can't hear it that much. I think our complex could use a power wash, but overall is a nice looking complex.
