Large roomy 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartments located almost directly across from Mt. Hood Community College on Stark Street near Troutdale Road.
2 parking spots per apartment with lots of visitor parking as well. Washer, dryer, and refrigerator included. Living room has forced-air gas heat while the bedrooms and bathrooms use base-board electric heat.
The bathrooms are HUGE!
Beaver Creek Meadows is directly behind the Skyland Pub and there's a nice Espresso joint almost in the parking lot. Thriftway is also within walking distance. The apartments are lined up along Beaver Creek which makes for very nice ambiance and keeps the temperature slightluy cooler in the summer months. Lot's of trees border the creek for plenty of shade and privacy.
Only 41 units in the complex, so things stay fairly calm and quiet.
The 2 BR units are all fairly large - around 950 Sq. Ft.
