I moved in and everything was ok for a while, but I a drug dealer moved next door to me a short while after and all hell broke loose. He would call the cops on me, stating I had a meth lab in my house or I was stealing cable. He would have old cars parked outside painting and working on them, as if he lived in a trailer park. Everyweek somebody new was living in the townhouse. He moved out and I got roaches shortly after that, because the apartment complex did not come out and walk his apartment. It took the staff 2 months to get roaches out of my apartment. Maintence would come in and leave mud and hand prints everywhere and would not leave a note stating they had been inside my apartment. One time I had to call the police out, as I thought someone had broken into my home because of maintence leaving things on in my home. The office staff was never on the same page and the kids were thugs. I caught one boy throwing rocks at my car. This property is prime real estate, but it will take a dedicated team of people to turn it around. I would not consider these apartments again.
