Stuck in the Seventies From: windowphobe Date posted: 4/19/2002 Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2002   This complex has been through more owners than a twenty-dollar bill, and every other year brings a new set of bodies in the office. The current crop is at least somewhat enthusiastic about what they do, but there's a general air of disorganization about the place, and service requests must always be given twice. To give them credit, they've disposed of some of the more marginal individuals that were living here, and they've gone out of their way to attract a better clientele, but this isn't the kind of neighborhood a better clientele demands. Aside from that, it's convenient to shopping and services (DSL excepted - too far from the central office), and the price is reasonable.
