Bull Boo-Boo! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004 1 response   These apartments are alright, however, my main complaint is the OFFICE. These people lie and manipulate to get extra money for themselves to pocket. For instance, when I moved in, I had to pay a 100 dollars deposit. Then three months later my brother moved in and they charged him a $150 dollars cash deposit. But I could have sworn that there is a sign in the office that says, cash not accepted. Then the workers will take things out of your apartment like you want miss anything. And the worst part of the fact is they come and go out your apartment without leaving a work order notice or anything stating that they have been into fix such and such. You just find mud on the carpet. Most of the residents regardless if on section 8 or not are charged various prices. Some people have never had a rent increase while they steadily raise others. Why is this' Hmm. Could it be that the manager is pocketing the money and putting it in his own pocket. Why IS IT THAT THE SKINNY MAN THAT WEARS THE SAME BLACK PANTS AND WHITE SHIRT BE IN THE OFFICE AT 4 AND 5 IN THE MORNING WHEN RENT IS DUE' These are the most unfriendly office workers you can meet. They dont speak and when you come into the office, it's like what do you want. They are crooked and they are stealing money from the property at the expense of the tennants. I have a three bedroom and my brother had one as well I was paying over 600 while he paid under that. These are affordable housing and just to live in an effiency should not cost 350-to 390 dollars a month. That's sad. i WISH i KNEW WHO WERE OVER THESE APARTMENTS. I know they dont know what's going on over here.I wouldnt reccommend this place to a DOG. When my lease is up, I am gone. This is the God honest truth. The people are OK, however,there are alot of predators and felons living over here as well. Somebody aint doing background checks at all. You can't get anything new or get anything fixed half the time because the workers must be taking things putting them in their own homes off the property. If you want anything done, you have to come out of your own pocket for things the property is suppose to supply. People smoke weed and hit up that crack pipe like it isnt nothing freely. Most of the kids here dont even go to school. Who has ever heard of home schooling , while the parent is at work and the kids outside smokking getting high. There are never any activiites in which the tennants can come together besides the neighborhood watch. This property could be one of the best in midwest city if they'd get rid of all the workers and hirer knew people. You barely see the toy cops. They better watch them before they have sexual harassment charges filed against them in the property. TOY COPS. Ohh, I see you. Where's yo flash light mr. man. That's the truth and nothing but the truth.
