Not recommended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/9/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2000   We moved in to these apartments in mid January 2002. We had numerous problems with gunfire in the area, rowdy kids and obnoxious people as well as trash littering the entire area of the complex. Although after speaking with the management, I thought things were on the mend but it appears not. It is a very low-life part of town and I do not recommend it. In addition, the schools in the area are absolutely horrible. Avoid this place if you can! They do have a 5% military discount each month with no deposit. They have a 6 and 12 month lease that can be changed to a month to month lease when renewed.
