Best Place We Ever Lived From: BCLincoln2007@aol.com Date posted: 8/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   We found our experience at Northbrook to be nothing but delightful. The grounds are beautifully kept. Snow is removed early so that residents are never late for their jobs. You never have to wait long when you have any kind of problem with equipment in your apartment. The maintanence guys are always polite and efficient. The office staff is wonderful and always willing to help with any problems that you have. I have always felt very safe and secure here.
