Well, if you enjoy having worthless, incompetent staff and loud, obnoxious neighbors that party and piss in the halls, then by all means move here. Also, people with children never supervise them and let them run wild all over the complex. There are problems with people not leashing there dogs, not picking up dog waste, and the staff NEVER cleans the common areas of the building (halls, stairwells) and they also do not maintain their "gardens" (aka overgrown beds of weeds). The rent is WAAAAAYYYY overpriced for what you get, and they will try to evict you if you complain about anything going wrong with neighbors or the maintenance staff.
The complex is too large for the management to handle, and they have changed ownership roughly 3 times in the little over 2 years I've lived here.
$3.5 million renovation' Bull! More like they threw some paint on the walls and called it good. NEVER, EVER live here. It is hell. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
