There is absolutely nothing good with these apartments. They look for a reason to fine you (my apartment got fined for a "noise complaint" when not one of us was there.) They freely come in and out of your apartment without announcing who they are. One time I heard a knock on my door, knowing it was locked and thinking it was one of my roommates I continued getting dressed. 10 seconds later 2 guys are walking into my room while I'm halfway naked. They are cheap and poorly built, so when the mowers run into the side of the building outside, things you have on shelves will start falling onto the floor. Also, if you have neighbors above you, expect it to sound like they're going to be coming through your ceiling. They try to lure you in with all the "great" amenities they have... The pool was closed because they couldn't pass a health inspection, and after you see how they keep up other things, nobody in their right mind would want to use their tanning bed. I would not recommend these apartments to anybody.

The pool at their Austin Texas complex was closed for the same exact reason! Yes, I do agree about people just above also: The one above MINE drops weights or something on the floor! DAMN, there he goes right now! He got laid once, you should have heard that racket. Actually, she seemd to REALLY ENJOY it! Hahaahah!
