Worst place to rent, rip off artest

I rented for 18 months. We left on the 15th of the month. Giving them 15 days to paint and whatever else they have to do. They charged me for the whole month. Whats the deal with this. The place is old. Poor sound proofing, you could hear everything. The windows rattled. The ice would come through the window. You have to pay for parking. You have to pay for cable. You have to pay extra for a fitness and pool card. When you return the card nothing. They are charging $285.00 for cleaning apt after 3 people cleaned before leaving. charging twice for linoleum floor (entrance way, kitchen, bathroom) claiming they spent 8 hours cleaning. I would say these cleaning people wanted to get paid that day. I difinitly would not recommend this place
