We pretty much only moved in these apts. because they take dogs and had a $99 deposit & 1st months free rent move-in special. Now we can see why, what a **** hole, thats probably the only way they could get people to move in is with these kind of specials. To start off they would not let us have our keys to see our apt. until we signed our lease. So we asked them o.k., so everything has been throughly cleaned and freshly painted' "Oh, yes of course" they said. Yah right, maybe a few tenants ago. The living room, dining room, and bedroom may have been "spot painted" but the kitchen and bathroom were not touched with a drop of paint. And the dirt, yuck! The "Lodge Theme" remodel was done half *****, and the kitchen counter tops look like they are from the 60's or 70's. The bathrooms are very outdated too. It looks like if there was a leak they just caulked it, oh my goodness the caulk, its everywhere, they even put caulk all the way around the edge of the vinyl in the bathroom. They may have caulked the leak but now wheres the water going' The ceiling above, and the trim above/around the balcony door leaks like a waterfall when it rains, therefore there is floor rot inside our balcony door. The hallways and laundry room have only been cleaned I think twice in the almost year we have lived here. Our utility bill averages about $125 or more a month, for a one bedroom with NO washer or dryer. Oh, and the free tanning bed that is only open 8-5, M-F, last I was told, hours and days most people are at work. And most of the workout equipment doesn't work last I checked. There is also alot of vehicle vandalism. Living here was a lesson lived and learned. We cannot wait until our lease is up so we can get out!
