Windsor Village is not what it seems, incredibly over prices. I have been in a lease with this complex for over 8 months and it has been mortifying. First of all the staff in the office is super friendly when you purchase but as soon as you move in you cant even get a smile out of them or a friednly hello. Upon my move in I overpaid what I was told my deposit should be and then once I discovered this they somehow "lost" the move in information. The leasing agent probably took my money and ran because he was no longer employed there once I discovered this discrepency. My money was never returned to me. To top the cake the staff at Windsor Village shared my personal information - which is illegal to do. They treated, ME as a paying tenant - as a third party. NOT PROFESSIONAL. Not to mention the parking is HORRIFYING and any complaint given to the office is overseen. They break so many fire regulations it is unbelieveable. I have 5 dents in my car since moving to Windsor Village - not from myself of course! They are over crowded and do not have enough parking spaces for the number of apartments that have been built there - they have no parking regulation. I have also been attemptedly TOWED there even though my Windsor Village parking ticket was displayed on my car - FUNNY, I live there. This place is a headache and extremely unprofessional. Save your money! the apartments are over priced and not worth a nickel.

I hear you! I can't wait until my lease is up in January, as I am getting sick and tired of parking half a mile away (sometimes in the Papa Gino's parking lot). This is one of the most poorly run apartment complexes that I have ever lived in. To any potential renters: Drive through the complex any night after 10PM before you sign a lease....
