The Trails

Wow!! From: photojunky Date posted: 10/7/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   I am so glad there is something like this! I have always wanted to rate stuff based on my experiences! I have lived at The Trails for 3 years in Febrauary! I have never had such a great experience as I have with this place. And belive me I have lived in several apartmetns all across the country for the past several years. At first the employees here were just average, but the past year it has been incredible. Every time I need anything, and I mean anything they are there with a solution. Last spring my car was dead I called up to the office to see if the maint. guy could come help me, the leasing girl said she would be right down and sure enough in her suit and all she was down there with the cables and jumped my car. They are incredible people and really make you feel like they like you, even though we realize were are a pain sometimes. I am a sales manager for an advertising comp. and would hire anyone of these people to be my employees. Also this is the best place for the price, I have thougt of moving only because I am little farther from work then i would like to be but everywhere I go I have to pay for everything, here I get my washer and dryer and carport for free plus I only pay electricity and my bill is only $55. Its awesome here. And we must not forget the maint. they are absolutly 100% the best guys. They are at your apartment within minutes and get the job done. I don't think I have ever had to wait any longer then a few hours for someone to show up!!! I have referred two of my co-workers here and I tell everyone about this place. YOU WON"T BE DISAPPOINTED!! INCREDIBLE PLACE TO LIVE
