Think again before you move here From: herroyalhighness_princessleia@yahoo.com Date posted: 10/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I also had issues with the moveout process and being notified of excess charges. I have not changed phone numbers or e-mail addresses since leaving the trails and am now being told (14 months later) that there charges that were not covered by deposit and pet deposit amounts. The staff seemed helpful while I lived there but after you moveout.... look out. Such nasty tactics to get even more of your money. The other downside of living here is that there was construction on Renner and no nearby grocery stores. I believe they were starting to build something when I left and hope that this has been resolved. We also had major issues with our heating & cooling system. Took them several times to fix it.
