Do not sign a lease here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Not only did we NOT receive our deposit back, we were charged $250 for "Not cleaning well enough" This wouldn't be so bad, but the kicker of it is is that I didn't find out that we were charged until a year after we moved out. I found out when I was applying for a home loan and was told that there was a $250 unpaid bill ON MY CREDIT REPORT. No one sent a bill or even had the courtesy to call me and let me know nor did they call my former roommates. They just turned the bill over to a bill collection agency and that was that. The bill collection agency did not contact us either. Good thing I had my credit report checked or I would have never found out. What a bad way to do business.
