I moved in about 6-7 months ago and have literally called twice a month since my move in because of something wrong with the apartment. I had the office print me out a record of how many times and why they had entered my apt. It was a list of 15 different items. Most of them could have been taken care of before I moved in. They weren't timely about getting to my apt and when they did finally get there they would half-ass fix the item and then have to return months later when it broke again! My refrigerator has stopped working twice now. Each time, all my food went bad and each time, they refused to replace the food. I realize that things happen but if they would've fixed it the first time, there wouldn't have been a second. Thier response to me was that if it happenend a third time, they would get me a new fridge. Are you kidding me' I have an infestation of ants in the kitchen and fleas in the carpet. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. They are stingy when discussing anything that has to do with money and I can see them being a hassle when its time for me to move (hopefully soon!) and time to give my deposit back. I would highly recommend anyone to look elsewhere!
