Rude and Unhelpful Staff From: jphans01 Date posted: 10/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   When we signed up for the lease the staff was pretty nice. But a week after we move in unpleasant letters from the office started coming in. First letter we got states "Upon reviewing your account we discovered that you have outstanding balance of $75...... We will not accept any payments not including $75....." it was the redocorating fee that was not even on our lease when we signed up. Now, tell me how unprofessional a letter that starts with phrases like that. Don't they read the letters before they even send them out and see if they sound professional or offensive' First of all we did not know that we have to pay for redecorating, although it would have been fine if we were informed in a friendly manner. Second, it was not on our lease and they should not tell us that we did not pay it, because we only pay for what they charge us for at that time. Second letter we received just recently telling us we again have outstanding balance... of course with the same phrase as "Upon reviewing your account we discovered etc ....." I spoke with Jennifer and could not figure what was going on.... of course. Handed me to Gina (the super rude and unfriendly manager)I told her how rude the letters they were sending out are and she said "Well, I cannot help you with that, you can absolutely talk to my manager about that but that's all I can do". What a customer wants to hear from the employee''' I would like hear that she would tell me "I am sorry but I would let my manager know about this and we will resolve this problem for you'. Never came out of her mouth. Anyway, if not for the staff I would recommend this complex but they have the most horrible staff ever.
