The Trails

A Great Place to Live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/18/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   I have lived at The Trails for 3 years and wouldnt live anywhere else. I have a spacious one-bedroom that features a large balcony with two storage closets on either end (one of which locks), a built-in microwave, car-port, two huge walk-in closets in the bedroom, a washer and dryer, security system and 9 foot ceilings, which makes it easier to keep cool in the summer. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and when you call them with anything they take care of you right away. The only utility I pay is electric, they take care of water and trash. My rent has increased only once in 3 years and that was minimal. Of the 8 apartments in my building there has been very little occupant turn-over since I moved in, so apparently theyre doing something right at The Trails.
