We, the management of The Trails, periodically check this website to see how our residents feel we are doing. We are very pleased that the majority of the comments received on the site are positive and we continuously work to improve on negative postings.
We pride ourselves on the fact that in our most recent resident satisfaction survey 98% of the the respondents stated they would recommend our apartments to their friends, and our staff was the second most commonly listed item when asked what they liked best about our community. Every member of our staff is professional, sincere and truly cares about the residents.
Lease termination and notice to vacate policies are clearly stated in the lease agreements and are reviewed in detail at move-in. We also send letters reminding our residents when their lease is expiring and when vacate notices are due. We must abide by the community rules, exceptions are not allowed.
We care about our residents happiness and want to make each and every person's experience a happy one while living at The Trails. Not only do we have many phenomenal amenities such as a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub which are open year around, a 24 hour fitness center with a racquetball court and dry sauna, we also provide racquetball racquets and balls, mountain bikes with helmets, free video checkout and more! Come see for yourself what a great place we are!
