Poor Management; Business office a joke; Hot tub never works

When I first moved to the Trails, the management was wonderful. However, that lasted only a short time and after various turnover, with each management team becoming less responsive, it has now settled into the worst team so far.
The business office is an absolute joke. It is touted as a perk, but the cheap inkjet printer, which they have refused to replace for years despite how inexpensive it would be, has to be hand-fed one piece of paper at a time and jams repeatedly to the point it is useless. The "fax" machine only works if no one is working on the computer sitting next to it so it is completely unreliable as well unless you are standing there ready and waiting to kick another resident off of the computer.
In the years I have been there, the hot tub has never worked any time I have gone down to the clubhouse. The circuits get repeatedly blown in the exercise area, and when that happens, you are unable to use the treadmill or other electrical equipment during hours when the leasing office is closed.
The maintenance men are nice, but the management (Gina) treats you like you are a second class citizen. She is amazingly rude and unhelpful.
If the management team that were here in 2002 returned, I would recommend the Trails. If you do not want to be angry and frustrated and have to fight with a landlord just to enjoy your property, look elsewhere.
