The Trails

The place is nice, but I ccan see it goign down hill... From: mcmansea Date posted: 7/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   As far as apartment complexs go, this one is not bad. Considering how inexpensive it is it is very nice. The apartments of decent quality and contrary to all the other reports I have read here, my apartment was on of the least noisy I have lived in in my entire life. I didn't see it being overrun with noisy teenagers - in my building it mwas all retirees and married couples with children. I do see the problems mentioned in some reviews of the crime brought over by the section 8 housing next door. My apartment faced the Reserve and you could see the police over there at least once a week. Further, a friend of mine's car got broken into in the well-lit parking lot in fron t of my house while he was visting. Overall though it is a good place for the price.
