The Trails

Silence No Longer From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   The Trails was once a very enjoyable apartment complex. The management was friendly, the grounds were beautiful and the pool and hot tubs used to be clean. Since the new management has taken over, I feel a complete lack of respect. Times I walk into the office and they treat me as though I am a client looking for an apartment. They have no clue who I am. This is not how things used to be. Also, maintence requests take days for anyone to respond. The pool never gets cleaned out. I really do not like spending an arm and a leg for rent when the complex next to us gets to use our pool and hot tub. The tenants from the complex next door jump our fence and disrespect our privacy, and the office does nothing about it. I am looking forward to leaving.
