The Trails

This place is going downhill fast! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   The trails used to be nice, but it is going downhill fast! The maintance staff is inattentive and unprofessional but that is the least of it. The new apartment manager is a ROYAL pain. I have walked by her and she doesn't even say hi to me even though she knows I am a resident. I had a recent maintance concern and was told that they would get to it when they could. It has been a week and I have not even received a followup call! The grounds outside are littered with trash and don't be late on your rent even by 1 day or they will post an eviction notice on your door and tell you that you have 3 days to get out!! I don't know who runs this place anymore. When I moved here three years ago it was nice. I really enjoyed it. Even with some of the problems starting to surface I stuck around thinking they just needed new management and since they were replacing the manager I just knew things would get better. Boy was I wrong! The new manager is horrible! It seems like if you are lucky enough not to have to run into the office staff and never have a maintance concern then you will love the place. However if you are one of us not so lucky people who have their water heater break for the third time or the dryer malfunction then you're in for a real ride to try and get it fixed. And don't expect them to try and fit you in anytime soon, or even be nice about it. These apartments are definetly loud. Even if you have neighbors who try not to be loud you are still going to hear them coming and going and you will hear their conversations when you walk by their apartment! I can tell what shows my neighbors watch on their tv and I don't have loud neighbors! Run far away from the trails!!!
