It's ok From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   These apartments are ok. I think they could be alot better though. The apartments are poorly constructed and our bills are out the roof for electricity because of wasted energy. The seals on the windows and patio door are weak and sitting in our living room we can hear every thing outside and catch every draft. The sound insulation is terrible and you can hear EVERYTHING going on above you or as you walk by an apartment through their windows and doors. The maintance staff is kind of friendly and mostly helpful. I don't have any problems with them. The office staff is rude and could care less about you after you move in. Things might have gotten better lately but the manager is still pretty rude. We have lived here 6 months and have NO plans to renew our lease.
