Horrible Customer Service!

It seems that some residents are able to get maintance to attend to problems, however for the majority of us we can't seem to get anyone over for days at a time. My wife and I brought this up to the lady in the office and were told "the lease states you have to submit all maintance requests in writing"! This is my break from typing up maintance requests to submit a review.
The Trails was once a nice place. We looked at living here 3 years ago and thought it was wonderful. When we came back this year to rent an apartment the staff was nowhere near as courteous as our first impression. We rented anyway and I wish that we hadn't wasted our time or money. The apartments are very expensive and while they are very spacious the environment we live in is just not worth the money. I always thought this side of Lenexa was the safe side but it seems like it's grown just as bad as the other end of 87th street, by I-35.
