The Trails

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   The grounds at The Trails are beautiful. I also like the parking. They offer a FREE carport that would normally cost $30-$40 at any other place and it is right infont of my building unlike my last placewhere the uncovered is right in front and what you pay for is across the lot. I also like the staff. The maintenance guys get to your apartment as soon as you call it in that day and even if they can't they tell me before we hang up the phone so that I'm not waiting all day for them. The office girls are nice too. They always have smiles on their face and they always greet me even if I am coming in for a cookie. Although the place next door has tried using the basketball court they never cause any other problems. Then again their only kids. If you do move to The Trails just go off your first impression- because I'm sure you'll see what I mean.
