From: ezab9_ivan Date posted: 7/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The office and maintenance staff is GREAT! I've lived here for 9 months! Most of the ill reports viewers read here are from ignorant people that either refuse to accept rental policy or would like to be babied! Basically, they are management and they have to abide by their corporate rules & regulations. The complaints listed are from your typical lazy, (not willing to be accountable for their actions) sad to accept, citizens of America! I know all the maintenance people personally, NONE OF THEM ARE THIEVES! They are all good people. So, sometimes they might have to go into the water main unannounced--- DEAL WITH IT! It is their responsibility to see to it that our complex has a funtioning water system-- you i_iots! And as for the comment about being attacked... The fact of the matter is (1) That is hardly believable. (2) Take self defense courses! DO YOU EXPECT TO BLAME EVERYONE AROUND YOU FOR SOME LOW LIFE'S ACTIONS' (once again self un-accountability!) This is a very clean, safe and respectable place to live and is close to the park circuit. Somewhat secluded from the hustle and bustle of other neighborhoods. Come see for yourself.
