Yes, they are nice. But they are way too expensive. If you can afford to live here, you can afford to buy a house. If you do choose to live here, be sure you read the lease thoroughly. The require a full sixty days notice before you move out, even if your lease is up. If you only give the normal thirty days, they will charge you for the month after your lease, and in my case, increase the rent by a full $250. The amenities are nice, but I don't think worth what they charge for rent... Everybody I've met since I moved up here says I'm paying way too much. Horrible insulation in my room made it very cold in bed during the winter...
