I thought bayside village was awesome. If you don't like modern living and would like more victorian living, this is not the place for you. It has amazing amenities and its all included in your rent. Also, the mgmt is GOOD here, I saw some comments about the mgmt being terrible. These people must smoke crack because I've seen way worse. And rats' Ive never seen any. Again these people must smoke or snort crack or have some crack up their butt. Ha, but seriously, the mgmt is great. They may be a little slow at times but they are very kind for a city mgmt team.

The security guards are funny looking and talking but hey when you get kicked out of the hottub they are not the best looking people in the world. Just be careful to not make alot of noise in the hottub after the bars.

I loved living here and if I worked in the city , I'd stay. It has amazing locale and I've had alot of fun ...so haev my friends. 3 pools/jacuzzis, pool houses, bbqs, etc.
The single scene is ok here, not the greateest but its fun to make fun of the speedo wearing fools at the pool

LIVE HERE> its great. rent just went down too. good time to move in. Try it , you'll like it.
