I stayed at Bayside Village for 6 months until I came back to Sacramento. I have to say even for a person from Sacramento who gets used to relaxing and spacious living space, Bayside is still pleasant enough. Nice landscaping, clean, peaceful (well, when you are not that close to Bay Bridge), fresh air... plus free shuttle, nice free amenities...

In terms of price, I would say the rent is kind of high. But after comparing with the others, Bayside is a good buy.

The last thing that surprises me is that I got full refund of my deposit ($600). My husband and I worked hard to clean the apartment on the day I moved out. But we were expecting the apartment manager would deduct certain amount no matter how clean it is, based on our previous experience. And it turned out they do appreciate our work and the way we maintain the apartment.
