oak, ca And it was just heartache. j.w. are truly slumlord, i complaind time after time and i never got a response from them. i had to live with roachs and mice as you can see it got to the point where i left california all together.... Please dont make the mistake that i did by moving here, its not worth it. i had to put up with young kids amoking and fight sitting on my car, and its just not worth it ... they must be stopped.... DOWN WITH J.W SILVEIIRA CORPARATION......

Well that is gross, however you have to ask yourself "Why are the mice coming into my apartment?" Answer: "someone" is leaving garbage/food etc. around for them to eat. Also it is a good thing that the trap worked and caught them, now throw the darn thing away. furthermore you are the one living there clean up the feces, whose job do you think it is to do your house-keeping?

Dude! Don't you own a broom and a garbage can? If you ever find the landlord that will take away my dead mice, and clean my apartment, let me know, I want to move there! ;) LOLOL

The two previous responses are obviously someone working for them, my apartment is exactly the as yours. Yes I cleaned them up when ever they were caught but the landlords claim they are not responsible and they don't do anything for mice infestation in their own building. Mice carry disease and if someone gets sick I'm sure they will wish they would have taken care of the problem before the huge law suit!!!
