Horrible building manager - Security is always an issue/front doors not secure. Mngr never monitors timer lights so can be dangerous entry and garage due to darkness. Elevator is broken a lot. There have been noisy tenants from time to time, but I´ve found that by either speaking to the manager or directly to the neighbors, the noise level decreases. These folks care! - Jennie has been the Manager for about a year and she´s great. The crew keeps it clean. Dan usually fixes any maintenance problem quickly. Everyone is respectful and fair.
