Terrible Management The place itself is not too bad. I liked the apartment, albeit a bit sterile, and location to Bart. The problem was the management. In six months, management changed 3 times. We had problems leaving and would get different answers from everyone we talked to down

Noisy, noisy, noisy... I agree with the other posters who complain about the noise. It is unbelievable
how cheaply made this place is. You will hear EVERY footstep your
upstairs neighbor makes. Loud music resonates throughout the building as there
are alot of younger people living here.

So convenient You can't beat the location with the BART right there. The neighborhood is safe. Driving distance to a lot of stuff. They're renovating, so we're getting new hardwood floors. I hate the elevators here. SO slow! Management is ok. I haven't had any problems

They are Way Over Priced... These apartments are nice, but to small and expensive. They are located in Colma, but price higher than alot of San Francisco rentals. I find that very interesting. I can say that they are pet friendly.

noisy neighbor I moved this apartment about 2month ago. every thing looked good but I found that they used cheap materials to aprtment. and neighbors are so noisy They are runnning and screaming while they play outside and they are running in the house too. price is also expensive unless we move
