Calais Forest

Good place! From: nwamel1976 Date posted: 7/28/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I moved out of Calais about 2 months ago after living there for about 2 years. The only reason I left was because I transferred to NW Arkansas. The management and maintenance staff have always been courteous and quick to respond. I first lived in building 7, then moved to building 6 because I wanted a bigger apartment. I never had a problem with noise in either building and enjoyed my time living at Calais. Perhaps the people that have problems and like to make up stories didn't pay their rent on time or are the ones the rest of us good tenants DON'T want to live by and are thankful they move out! Also, keep in mind there are things you have to put up with living in an apartment. . if you don't like it, go buy a house. And as for the speed bumps, yes, they are bothersome when you need to go 70 through the parking lot, but if you actually care about others who are walking their pets, walking themselves, or have children, then it's not a problem. I would recommend Calais to anyone.
